  3. TTS message means a feature that converts text written by a supporter into voice and plays it on the creator’s stream.
  4. Widget means a browser source inserted into broadcasting software such as OBS to display donation alerts.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes)

  1. These Terms become effective when posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to creators and supporters.
  2. The Platform may change these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law and will announce amended Terms at least 7 days before the effective date.
  3. If a creator or supporter does not agree to amended Terms, they may stop using the Service and delete their account.

Article 4 (Signup and Accounts)

  1. Creators and supporters may sign up through third-party authentication (OAuth) such as Google, Twitch, or Discord.
  2. Creators and supporters must provide accurate information and may not sign up by using another person’s information.
  3. Each account owner is responsible for account management and may not transfer or share an account with a third party.

Article 5 (Service Description)

The Platform provides the following services.

  1. A feature for supporters to send monetary support and TTS messages to creators
  2. An OBS widget feature that lets creators display donation alerts on stream
  3. A console feature that lets creators manage donation settings such as minimum amount, voice, and volume
  4. Payment, settlement, and PayPal Business account connection features through PayPal

Article 6 (Payments and Fees)

  1. Donation payments are processed through PayPal, and supporters and creators must also comply with PayPal’s terms and policies.
  2. Creators who wish to receive donations must grant and maintain the PayPal Business account connection permissions required for receiving payments, processing platform fees, and handling refunds.
  3. The platform fee is 5% of the donation amount entered by the supporter and is added to the donation amount as part of the total payment amount. PayPal fees apply separately under PayPal policy.
  4. The fee rate is posted on a separate notice page within the Service, and changes will be announced in advance.
  5. After payment is completed, donations are generally non-refundable. Exceptions include dispute procedures under applicable law or PayPal policy, duplicate payments, and technical errors that the Platform determines require a refund, such as TTS audio upload failure.
  6. If mandatory consumer protection laws apply in the region where a supporter or creator resides or uses the Service, these Terms apply only to the extent they do not conflict with those mandatory laws.

Article 7 (Obligations of Creators and Supporters)

Creators and supporters must not engage in the following acts.

  2. Sending obscene, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful or inappropriate content

  6. Collecting, storing, or disclosing another person’s personal information
  7. Any other acts prohibited by applicable law or these Terms

Article 8 (Use Restrictions and Account Suspension)

  1. If a creator or supporter violates Article 7, the Platform may restrict service use or suspend the account without prior notice.
  2. If misuse is confirmed, such as TTS tampering, bypassing, automated abuse, or manipulation of payment or alert flows in a way that differs from the normal intended service, the account may be suspended without separate warning.
  3. When an account is suspended, payment of unsettled earnings may be withheld and the account may be permanently suspended depending on the violation.

Article 9 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

  1. The Platform may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
  2. The Platform will announce changes or suspension in advance, but may announce afterward if unavoidable.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property)

  1. All intellectual property rights in software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials included in the Service belong to the Platform.
  2. Supporters retain copyright in messages they write through the Service, but the Platform may use those messages within the scope necessary for service operation, including donation alert display, TTS conversion, audio storage, replay, and payment history provision.

Article 12 (Disclaimers)
